Can’t get a reply on the phone, I’ve rang 20 times during the past 48 hours. The staff in the shop are lovely & efficient, but as a 75 year old man, having to travel to collect to a prescription that isn’t ready is both challenging & frustrating. If I could only phone you to see it it’s ready first it would save me further wasted journeys. Please answer your phone.

Always helpful, friendly, and with good advice. Very easy to access with wheelchair, there is a button to open the door automatically if needed. Have been here for vaccinations as well as the usual pharmacy for medication, and for buying over the counter remedies. All services provided have been excellent every time.Parking directly outside might be limited, as there are only a few on-road spaces which can get busy, but there are bus stops very close and supermarket car parks a little further (Waitrose or Co-op).

Just THE best pharmacy in this area! Having tried others, I have made this my go-to pharmacy for vaccinations/prescriptions etc. The level of professionalism and knowledge is only surpassed by their enthusiasm, helpfulness and kindness. A real beacon in the Ashley Road/Ashley Cross area. Don’t bother with anywhere else, I’d say!

The best staff I have come across, from the front of the store to the pharmacists. They are always helpful on the phone and friendly in store too.

A lady fell on pavement near pharmacy. I stopped to help and walked her to pharmacy as she had hit her head and also had nose bleed. I hoped they would have a first aid kit or cool pack I could use or that they might help. The staff said they were not allowed to do anything, and even though I was offering to help myself they still wouldn’t/didn't have either first aid kit or cool pack we could use. In the end another lady paid for wet wipes to clean her up. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that a pharmacy have either not got a first aid kit on their premises, or more likely that they do but we’re not willing to let someone use it to help an elderly lady who had fallen outside their premises. I was not asking for them to do first aid on her, just for something that I could use to do it. They didn’t even have cool packs for sale. The pharmacist didn’t offer any help of any kind- I will not be using this pharmacy again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone as the overall experience made me feel they didn’t care at all about anything other than covering their own backs!
