The worst service on the planet. They just don't answer the phone and you have to speak to an automated non-person with endless questions. You have to wait hours if you are lucky to even speak to someone. Sometimes they never answer. Diabolical

Do not despair. It could be worse. You could be signing on in Edinburgh where they don't treat their prisoners according the Geneva convention. I spent a good year on the dole wishing I was dead much of the time but one of few highlights of that living nightmare was going in for a chat once a fortnight with the wee angel with the pageboy haircut. She was such a kind-hearted woman I sort of wished I could have kept seeing her after I got a job. Sadly, she was already spoken for.
