End of Tenancy Cleaning Buckingham

Very bad service by this company, I advice you do not use them. in my case, I had called on a Friday and tried to book their services ASAP so they said they would go through their dates and get back to me. I called them back an hour even after and they apologised that the person I corresponded with had to deal with family issues and yet again they said they would call me back with details. Another hour passes and I call them back again and this is when the man I spoke to initially answered again. we booked an appointment for Tuesday and at the appointed time on Tuesday, I had to remind the cleaner yet again that I was expecting them and then she slyly changed the date to Thursday thinking I wouldn't react and I only did because I had to travel. then, she finally clearly agreed to 12pm on Wednesday and came at 11:30 and stayed outside without knocking while I was trying to clear the house up a bit to make their work easier and then left after 10 minutes only to call me at 11:37 telling she left. I made sure I called to find out what was going on and asked them to comeback. they comeback and told me they have to speak to the agency and I should wait for them and I was waiting in my house when the car just sped off and when they left she sent me a message saying sorry we changed our mind for the job". I tried to call the agency for a simple explanation because my a lot of my time has been wasted. Afterwards

They provided great customer service and explained the entire process. Technology has done a great job! My mat now looks and smells like new .
