Really great experience! I just got a new Nissan Juke hybrid and both Mathu and Melinda have been absolutely amazing - I am so happy with my new car and the level of care and communication was fantastic, right down to Mathu coming on a quick drive when I picked up the car as I was nervous about the controls due it it being my first time using an Automatic and my first time having a Nissan. He really made sure I was comfortable with everything and did a fantastic job and went above and beyond at every point. I cannot thank you guys enough!!

I've recently had my new Qashqai N Connecta delivered and after exploring Google and You Tube I was still unsure about the e-pedal and battery charging etc so I went to Nissan Crawley to see if they could help me. I was introduced to Alan in Sales and he very kindly came out to my car and talked me through my questions and the display gauges. Thank you

My wife was looking for a new car so we visited every dealership in town looking for the best car to suit her. We were impressed with the Duke, but wanted to be sure so we test drive it twice! Kaz was very accommodating, always cheerful and genuinely pleased to see us, almost constantly by this stage. Mel was called in when we started negotiating, she was a pleasure to deal with and we got a very fair deal and drove the Duke Hybrid teckna plus away last Friday. It was their launch event so we got nibbles too. Great experience all round

I had a very stressful situation today with my car which had just had £1400 spent on it at a different garage to fix a misfiring problem. Still slightly misfiring when I got it back, I was told not to worry by the other garage, to “take it for a run to clear the new injectors”. I had problems with loss of power and misfiring on my run out so I tried to limp it home. Problems got worse so I decided to limp it to the nearest Nissan service centre instead of trying to continue home. I then lost all power turning right at a set of traffic lights on a busy dial carriage way, literally stuck in the middle of the road. Arriving finally at Hendy, they couldn’t do enough for me. Melinda was fantastic and on learning that I had no way of getting back and no other car to use, arranged for me to borrow one of their demonstrators. I’m overwhelmed at the kindest, empathy and help given today. Thank you so much!
