Absolutely shocking place, reception never answers the phone so pretty much failing at the job they have. Rang over 12 times and not answering at all. The doctors tend to just fob you off, I get fobbed off to 111 most times I ring, the staff talk about patients after they e been on the phone with them to other staff members (mainly in reception) clearly breaching data protection laws. Honestly the worst doctors ive ever come across in my life. I'd say there's room for improvement but that would be an understatement, don't go the doctors here as they are S hit

So appalling, to get spoken to by a Dr you be waiting weeks. That's not even for a face visit appointment. Staff on the reception are terrible. Get told to phone up at 8am wait 30 mins in a que and then be told to try again in the evening or the next morning.It's a sham. Never know any doctors surgery to work like this. They don't do emergency telephone appointments either. Who ever is ill please don't sign up for this doctors, it's negligence.I myself have had 2 reason to complain now.First I'm asthmatic and they don't even repeat prescription my inhaler, once became a chest infection and had to wait 6 days befor I could even get any Antibiotics,This time I'm even worse. NovaVirus stomach bug that's contagious like hell, had it since 7 days ago. They haven't helped 1 bit. Not even a call of the Dr back to inform me what to do.I'm in pain. Sickness. Vomiting everything including the little amouns of water I'm trying to put back. Feel like I'm at deaths door.Phoned 999 they said it isn't an emergency and I should wait for my Dr.Disgusting treatment towards ill people.

A clean place and bright decor even for its age, but needs more light in the entrance.I always get helpful advice and support when I attend for my appointments, as the receptionists are polite and willing to fit you as soon as possible, or direct you to best place for your need.The Doctors and Nurses listen to what I'm say. trying to convey.

The surgery never answers the calls even if you ring during off peak hours. They never communicate the results to the patients when they are out. You have to call them and wait in the queue for a minimum of 45 mins to get anywhere. Awful awful awful! The only reason I’m still here is because of one caring Doctor! If you’re in the area, please look for another practice.

Very friendly, thorough and helpful service from the nurse. Only gripe was how long it took to get through on the phone to book the appointment.

Never seen the same doctor twice and as a patient I feel unwelcome and very poor service overall.

Absolutely terrible the receptionist yesterday afternoon was so rude & unhelpful, I'm in a lot of pain & really worried couldn't get appointment on the phone so went into the doctors what a bloody joke!! The Rude unhelpful women that was eating at the time just kept saying what! I don't know I'm not medicly trained exactly you nasty old bag! She needs sacking!!terrible place can't get an appointment & really really unhelpful I'm definitely Changing Doctors!wouldn't even give them 1 star

Always had a great experience as really to go to doctors means you are at your most vulnerable. Dr Elias is the best doctor I have come across. Very caring and great listening skills.

If you can get an appointment then the doctors tend to be good, however good luck getting through to reception - then when you do, good luck getting an appointment

One star is too much. This practice is run by a nasty, power crazed despot who thinks she has the right to dictate to patients if they are allowed LIFE SAVING medicine or not. The staff on reception have been caught deliberately mis-entering customer information for call backs and then lying about it. And to add to that, when in the waiting room (if you're lucky enough to get an appointment) the reception staff will talk poorly to a caller and once they end the call they will then mock or talk badly of the caller and openly discuss their medical information for all to hear.They also flat out refuse to allow pharmacies to send in repeat prescriptions despite the fact that most GP surgeries allow this. Incidentally they will lie and state that this is NHS policy however no other surgery knows of this policy. They refuse to update their antiquated computer systems and are still mostly working from paper records.If you call and ask for an appointment the reception staff will ask you to briefly explain the nature of your medical needs. You have the right to decline to divulge anything to them, but if you do, they tell you that they won't get you an appointment unless you do what they say. If you raise a complaint with the practice manager she will email you and demand you go to a 'meeting' with her so that she can 'remind you of the proper way to speak with her team' and threatens to throw you off the books if you refuse.Dr Elias once shouted at a patient so loudly we could hear it from the waiting room. I witnessed this myself. Everyone in the waiting room could hear him telling the patient that he was the only patient out of all the practice's 9000 that is 'annoying and difficult'. The patient could be heard crying and when he left, still tearful, the young asian lady working behind the reception desk laughed at him, both to his face and as he left.In summary, this surgery is a disgrace to medicine and the NHS. They should all be ashamed of themselves and their lack of morality. Don't sign up here.
