Don’t waste money on this shop, they may keep your phone for long and at last your phone is not fixed but no refund.The screen of my phone was smashed but I checked that it still can function properly by connecting to an external monitor, so I decided to take it for a screen replacement instead of buying a new phone. This shop charged me £220 for replacing the smashed screen and got it done after one week, but my phone then became unable to detect any SIM card. They took my phone again to check for the issue. After two months, they said a device for detecting SIM card was broken and requested me to pay £300 more to get it fixed! Of course I won’t pay as I am sure it wasn’t broken before! Then I requested them to refund the £220 to me and return my phone with the original smashed screen. They refused, so at last I only can get back my phone with a new screen which is actually useless as it cannot detect any SIM card! Moreover, this shop is so dishonest that I wonder if they have made any other unexpected changes to my phone, so I don’t really feel safe to use it in any other way. £220 is totally wasted!Pls learn from my experience and don’t be the next unfortunate one.

I have always had a very interesting experience coming for service with M6repairs. The staff are incredibly courteous, friendly and delivers superior service timeously. I will recommend them to anyone seeking for software related repairs. Cheers to your team.

HDMI port on Xbox one stopped working. Was fixed within a few hours for a reasonable cost. Friendly staff and very efficient. Would highly recommend.

Will never use them again tuck my xbox series xs in they have had it about 5weeks never bothered to contact me to information me of their progress I went in the shop on meny Occasions they said they was still trying to fix it and now they said they can not I have ill heath and don't own a car have to walk which is stressful for me and not helpfully to my social anxiety.

Every time I've used them I've found the service to be very good and what i know about technology reasonably priced.

Courteous quick and competitive. Took my daughters iphone in for repair. Got the impression that theyd check it only do what was necessary and got what i thought was a good price (tho im no expert); really appreciated the fact that they gave me a time / and price to get the job done and they pretty much nailed it as i was in a hurry and on a budget. Based on this performance would definitely check them first with phone repair issues
