Absolutely First Class service. Several viewings straight away and house sold within 13 days of being put up for sale. Ibay kept me fully informed of all aspects of the sale. They are the most proactive estate agents that I have ever dealt with taking the initiative communicating with the vendor, the purchaser and their respective solicitors. 11/10

Highly recommended for its customer centred approach and I feel that they put us first rather than their commission unlike other companies. ibay Homes recommended a valuation for our property that was good and fair, together with competitive fees. We certainly got excellent value for our fees: numerous vuewings followed by 3 offers with fantastic negotiation to secure the asking price! After this , they kept in regular contact for updates and to support and to reassure. The sale would have gone through quickly but delayed by a slow Probate office but during this time staff went the extra mile by reassuring and managing expectations. Big thanks especially to Hayley Carter-Steele!
