Hello, recently I used this branch's service and I want to say that the service that Kellie, the Manager, provided to me and my flatmate was excellent. She show me the flat and replied all my questions properly, without lies or minusinformation, and the process was super fast. Before contact them, I visited other letting agencies and if I do an objetive comparation, I can say that Countrywide North Sales was the best one, mainly in Byron Road. Clyde Property, their competior has a very good service too, but they made some mistakes, as overrating flats and poor costumer service (only one employee). The services and flats that Contryside offered to us were brilliant. I will not comparate Countrywide with other branchs, as for example, in the South Side I visited another ones, as those were totally inferior. Finally, I want to say that in the future I will strongly recomend them to my friends and work colleagues, and I will considere the Estate Department first of all when I will buy a house. They both made letting easy and my stay at the apartment was wonderful ..Ashton was my apartment manager and he did excellently well, they are swift with responses and resolve any issues as fast as they can ! Great service by Countrywide @Byres Road brunch and Ashton Russell. I was really impressed with the check out process, everyone was very responsive to the emails, and were really fair to us tenants even though we weren't present during the checkout inspection. This is by far the best letting agency I've encountered in the UK.

Jamie and his team were excellent. I was just amazed by their dedication, commitment and help throughout my entire rental process. Jamie is just professional! very swift to respond to every query and super helpful. Countrywide made my rental experience less tiring. Had a wonderful experience with them and will highly recommend.

Myself and my husband have been dealing with countrywide estate agents in Byres Rd since April of this year in regards to a rented property.We have been dealing with Jamie Sidebottom for all of this time.He has been exemplary in his professional and helpful manner. Nothing is too much trouble and he carries out his duties calmly and politely . We had a recent issue regarding the address and Jamie came to our rescue sorting it all out in his usual calm professional way.He is a great asset to the business.

Countrywide’s fee is on the more expensive side in my experience but they sure do get results! I was absolutely delighted working with them for my sale. The staff were friendly, flexible and attentive which made for a relatively stress free experience. Fantastic service, would definitely recommend.
