Tonic Cheltenham

I've been to Tonic for quite a while, mostly for waxing with Jade who is always fantastic. The other day I had a foot treatment which was gorgeous by Emily then after painting my nails, I ignored Emily's advice to wait 10-15 minutes and tried to dash off early and of course knocked the polish on some of my nails. Thankfully, Jess sorted me out after my very silly mistake. Thank you so much, it was a lovely treatment and hope I'll have another one soon (obeying instructions of course)

I’m Jasmine, Today I have attended this salon. My first experience was getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted - It was with Sacsha and it was a very relaxing and amazing experience and I am super happy with how my eyebrows were done - clearly stated. However, I then had my appointment for manicure and I did not enjoy a single thing. Yes, the lady was incredibly nice but her unprofessionalism and inexperience made the appointment awful. I’ve had a huge amount of manicures done before: by professionals all around Europe and this was the most upsetting experience in my life.- When I was getting my gel removed it took around an hour (should take 30 mins)- I was then told that they could not remove this gel even though on the website they stated that they could remove gel- During the removal my nails were getting damaged because the ‘nail tech’ kept picking on them and scraping them off hurting my nail bed (I did tell her it was painful yet this process continued)- At the end of the ‘manicure’ I asked to clean the dust of my hands and the nail tech took a cotton pad, SOAKED it in acetone and rubbed it almost all over my hands- Lastly, I still had to pay full price even though I did not get my full manicure experienceEither get more experienced and careful employees or not bother doing manicures for such poor quality.

I’ve just been for a couple of treatments at Tonic - Sascha was fantastic. Friendliness, a great explanation of what was to come and attention to detail means I truly relaxed and got all I was hoping for. Thank you so so much.

Tonic Cheltenham is a wonderful place. You step into the spa and you immediately feel welcomed and calm.The staff are so lovely, and the quality of the services offered is second to none. Highly recommended for waxing & nails!

My first time here and at this type of establishment. I booked in to have a pedicure and massage, on arrival I was made to feel very welcome with a coffee.Amy carried out the treatments and she was professional and experienced. My feet look and feel amazing and l will definetly be going back again for a pedicure and massage.

I have had many treatments here ranging from eyebrow waxing to facials to pregnancy massage to nails. It's all been amazing. Jade has been wonderful every time and today I had an amazing facial & massage combo summer glow" with Lucy and it was so good. I have had tense muscles for a week now and Lucy and the hot stones has melted the tension away! I feel great! Thank you! I'm booked in again for next month"

Tonic has a great staff and a huge menu of great options for health & beauty. Sometimes I simply call them to see what they have available for the day because I know no matter what type of session I go in for, it will be a great one.

I had the Divine Duo treatment (30 mins massage and 30 mins facial) by Sascha which was absolutely wonderful. The facial products they use are lovely and my skin is glowing! The team are also very welcoming.

My experience with tonic has been lovely ! My therapist Alice was such a lovely person . I truly appreciate the treatment I received ! Definitely will be going again .
