Just had the whole of the downstairs of my house tiled. Beautiful, quality tiles and excellent customer service from Jeremy and the team. Kept my tiles in the warehouse for 12 weeks until I could take delivery then just a quick phone call to arrange a day to suit me. I highly recommend Gwent Tiles

We visited Gwent Tiles when looking for ideas for our new bathroom and were so glad that we did - the service we received from start to finish was outstanding - Jeremy was very friendly and guided us through everything we would need from taps to tiles - the delivery of materials were on time and anything that was needed as an extra at our request was delivered speedily so not to delay the job.We are absolutely over the moon with our new bathroom and would highly recommend Gwent Tiles for an exceptional start to finish service. Absolutely gorgeous tiles. Friendly and very helpful staff. Free delivery of tiles and matching grout, etc. Offer NHS discount. Would definately recommend.

Poor customer service, poor communication, doesn’t return calls.All fun & games when the owner wants too make money off you but when it’s time too take ownership when things from his end go wrong no bother.Best bet too shop from a company rather than helping the local.

I can't remember the last time I received service this good.. Jeremy is brilliant, passionate about what he is doing. He went all out to resource the tiles we needed to replace the tiles in our bathroom due to a repair we carried out. I really can't express enough how helpful and knowledgeable he is. Nobody else in local shops goes this far, such a great guy..

Really friendly and helpful when picking out tiles for my bathroom. Also kept the tiles until I was ready for them to be be delivered.Delivery man was also very nice and helpful not only waited for me to arrive, carried all the tiles up to my house for me and helped carry another parcel I had up to my house as it was heavy.10/10 would highly recommend.

I had lots of problems with a bathroom supplier having been let down and having already purchased my tiles from Gwent tiles, in a couple of weeks they supplied me a new suite, arranged an installer in Stuart Williams of the highest order. The job was completed in notime at all. I will be for ever grateful and recommend to anybody
