EXTREME AIRSOFT

Phoned up to check stock of a new Pistol, Gas and Holster. The order was delivered with a holster that didn't fit the Pistol and one of the gas cans was missing even though I'd been charged for it. I contacted Chris and Gary at the shop to be told I need to send the holster that didn't fit back, this was at my cost! I was then told on receipt they would send out the missing gas and a replacement holster. I chased this three times now over the last two months and I heard nothing further. Very disappointing, there are plenty of other reliable suppliers of this equipment, from my experience I would look elsewhere.

Placed an order on the 1st of September for some bits for a game day I had booked on the 10th. Paid for 5 day shipping so assumed that would be plenty of time for it to come. No sign of my order by the 8th of September so I called up and cancelled, a bit annoying but not a big deal as another retailer (BZ) had what I wanted in stock and managed to deliver it in one day. It would be a 3 star review if this was the only issue as the bloke on the phone was friendly.The one star review is for the £128 refund I expected to get a day or two after my cancellation. Today is the 19th September, 11 days after I cancelled the order and still no refund. I called up on the 15th and was told the bloke on the phone personally processed the refund and it would be with me soon but still nothing.

Had an issue with one of the AEGs they sent out to me (not their fault, manufactures is at fault) gave them a call and nice and prompt with the return and just waiting on the replacement thankyou to Chris.

Awful service. Placed order and had to chase up twice over 2-3 weeks, no replies until I opened a PayPal case and that reply stated the got the order but simply forgot to ship it. Has taken another two weeks and two chases to get the refund. Reading other reviews I think it's just incompetence, bad business process and poor customer service.

Speaking with Lee he has been very good to contact me to make sure I was happy with my purchase, even so far as to call out of hours!Took a little while longer than to arrive due to lead times out of their control but arrived in time for my next game so cannot complainBest to contact them via email as they can call you when they are available
