I was part of a team of officers (from South Derbyshire District Council, working with others from Amber Valley DC & Derbyshire County Council). We commissioned 360red to produce a short, animated explainer video; as complete novices in this field of work, we really appreciated their support, and felt that they took on board our ideas and responded to our feedback, progressing the project efficiently.
