Beauty 2 Go

We turned up at this place today. It’s actually a house which is fair enough given the business it is. However this was not mentioned on the listing. We called and were told rudely that it’s appointment only. Due to the tone of the conversation we won’t be going here to do our manicure pedicure.

Karen's amazing. Works wonders

I just came out of my appointment and I am really impressed! I had a Hollywood wax which was almost pain free with this lady, definitely coming back again. Very relaxing and comfortable beauty room too

DISGUSTED does not even cover Karen's unprofessional manner. She booked me in for 10am 27/07/19. I turned up for my appointment and was standing in the pouring rain for 15mins before Karen decided to text me to alert me she was not home due to an emergency. Karen then asked if I could reschedule to 11:15am. Karen then proceeded to text me at 11am stating she'd only just got home and then advised me just before my appointment was meant to start that her other client had turned up early. When i inquired what this meant for myself my message was banked. AVOID this place. Disgraceful customer service and you can find other beauty places in Addiscombe for a similar price and a professional atmosphere. Karen is yet to apologise and provide an explanation, as her excuses did not add up. She most likely double booked and was trying to fit everyone in at once, instead of being honest and treating hr customers with respect. As a new customer I am appalled.

I went to Beauty2go to get eyelash extensions, I wanted something very long and full but not too expensive Because the last time i went in another salon And i paid a lot of money And after a week i've lost all the fake lashes. Anyway, Karen was very kind And polite, she did an amazing job! My eyelashes look so long and full, And i can feel that they're very strong. Her little room is lovely, very relaxing And cleaned. I recommend beauty2go If you want a good service with a very good price.

Karen is a lovely beauty therapist. Patient and welcoming. Her prices are very competitive, and I've never been disappointed. I've recommended her many times and will continue to use her services

Left honest review on my experience of the vampire facial on treatwell after downloading the app and being asked to review. Then venue responds asking why i waited to long write review. Thought i was free to write review on a treatment i have experienced anytime. Clearly cannot take criticism. Maybe a good CS course would be highly beneficial :)

Karen is very polite and professional. Being very popular, she often has back-to-back appointments which means you have to get there on time or slightly early and only visit with an appointment but she is always quick to answer any queries. I've been using her regularly for treatments and I'm delighted with the results.
