Only popped into the store to get some ideas regarding a new ottoman bed! Daniel the sales adviser greeted us with a warm welcome and was really helpful with our request! He showed us some beds and explained everything about them and answerd all our questions really well! He left us to have a look around and try out mattresses etc! We decided to buy a new bed and mattress and Daniel delt with the sale and was very professional not pushy at all.

Danny was an extremely knowledgeable and helpful member of staff who showed patience and support in helping us choose the right bed for us. We had also visited Dreams in Filton, Bristol and the staff there were also extremely friendly and helpful even though we didn't purchase anything. A memorable visit to both stores because of the staff.

We visited Dreams looking for a new bed for our bedroom at a reasonable price and I must admit that it was a successful visit. We bought a complete bed with the necessary accessories at a price much lower than we were offered in other stores. The new bed will be delivered and installed free of charge in our new home soon. Daniel advised us all the time and helped us make the right decision, even though his part of work was over that day, he stayed longer to complete all the purchase formalities. Everything went smoothly in a nice and friendly atmosphere.We would like to recommend Dreams at Cribbs Causeway to everyone, especially Daniel, who demonstrated high culture and professionalism.

Best service I have ever had. Jason was polite, helpful. Did not try and sell me anything other than what I went into purchase, which was a bed base. I did not feel pressured, like most sales people are. I actually purchased a showroom kingsize bed base at a very reasonable price. Headboard included and 4 free pillows. We'll pleased, I will be returning to purchase a mattress in the near future.
