HiI am blood pressure patient I phoned on Monday to deliver my medicine they told me it will be afternoon but nobody came.Then I phoned on Tuesday I was in my car with my friend , Lassi told me your medicine in Van I will phone you back but nobody phone me back.I phoned today but they told me we took back your medicine back from driver because you are collecting in person. But that answer is not correct .I would be say service is very poor and claiming we are doing free.Is that Ok?
