The workmanship was very tidy and I was particularly impressed with the way the repair was shown to me when I collected the boots. Great value for money and an overall fabulous experience. Just had two keys cut by Alex, got home and they fit perfectly, also had a great chat with Alex thank you very much for your excellent service.

***Gold Standard*** At last!....If Calsberg did Master Craftmanship Shoe Repairs.......you know the rest!!.....Mr Grigoriou (the affable highly skilled, ethical, precision, knowledgeable, honest, absolute consummate professional) Alex!....is a true master in his highly skilled family trade...Very very rare (non existant) these days, to get the highest standards!Absolutely delighted, with the shoe repair to a pair of new boots,Which involved intricate size down of heal height alternation, and seemless new sole and heal.....I have photos :-) how to upload?...Alex, will always be 1,000% honest with you! Listen to him and you won't go wrong!From a business perspective, I feel his prices no where near represent the high quality work and service you will get everytime!..I hope we (town) can keep him but with his 1990 prices I'm not so sure....Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.....back next week!
