Waited for 20 minutes outside with my elderly Mother and no show, called them and was told the driver couldn't find the house.Useless.

Left my mum stranded at the airport at 3am. Her flight was delayed, so they sent the taxi away and proceeded to shout at her down the phone when she called to find out where it was. Then hung up on her. Disgusting!

Reliable and cist effective

Disgustingly rude driver, practically unstable. Pushed my friend out of the cab, told me to shut up because I am ‘an idiot’ and refused to talk to me. When I asked for his details to complain, he threatened to call the police and later threatened to fight my friend. Despicable.

Appalling lack of no service! After extensive surgery and unable to drive I had to attend to attend a GP appointment,booked a taxi 2 hours before needed confirming it would be a wait and return trip with meter kept running.10 minutes before expected arrival received a call cancelling the booking as they no longer had a driver available.This resulted in having to rearrange the appointment to allow us the to travel by bus and walk at a time where I am restricted in movement,stamina and energy.Disgusting lack of customer care when it was explained the reason we needed a taxi. I'd give no stars but that's not an option, so they get one for a least answering the phone when booked

Great service. Was available when I phoned. Was my first time in prestonpans as we were on holidays and this taxi service made us feel like we were home.
