Amazing little lake had some brill sessions here and the fish are hard fighting too. Well worth a visit some of my best days fishing have been here :-)

Good fishing but very rude and arrogant bailiff.

Visited this site for the first time after lockdown, and have returned since. I see the previous reviewer said the water levels were low. It is just one of those things that happen sometimes on fisheries. On my visits the levels were fine. (end of may) I have only fished the match lake but it seems to me there is an adequate stock of fish in there. My friend and I did very well, carp up to 10lbs. (Owner states up to 15). As with all fishing we all have good and bad days, so I don't see the sense in posting a bad review because you did not catch. Some days you do and some days you don't, thats fishing ! If you are half about with a rod, you will catch there. Well laid out lake and very friendly staff. In my own opinion, well worth a visit.

Water too low fish have no oxygen so wont feed not the best I'll try again just to see if its always like that from the last visit I don't think it's good for the price

Just spent a couple of days on the carp Lake had one common of twenty six plus and a mirror nearly twenty water down on depth just making the fish run faster not able to dive down adding to the experience fish in excalent condition will definitely be back

Great days fishing. Fished the match lake and pulled fish out like the picture below all day on floating bread.

Good size fish in match lake always a pleasure to fish here lovely lake had some good times down here with the family
