Booked a collection online which was very easy. Confirmation of collection came through very quickly. On the day of the collection we had a call to confirm time of arrival. Dan & Jay came and collected the items. They were very polite,efficient and nothing too much trouble. Brilliant service. We will be donating again.

After 3 postponements, BHF finally collected my items today. There were various reasons for the delays which was a bit annoying as I was waiting around for nothing. However the two men who came to collect (Dan & Jay) were quick and efficient and they were also very polite, friendly and helpful.

The whole team at the Exeter store were amazing! So helpful, polite & they even helped us unpack from boxes & re pack the car with over 100 ceramic plates.There aren't many stores that offer this level of customer service - so credit where its due! We travelled from yeovil especially to collect these, as the store manager was kind enough to reserve them too! We Highly recommend this store. Thank you all, what a great team!! Shelley & Tash xxx

I donated a double bed frame to be collected by van - it was easy to book a day of my choice online, great comms throughout. Collection guys (Danny, Andy and Mark) kept me updated by phone on the day, all friendly and respectful of my property. Such a simple process, would donate again :)

A wondeful experience from beginning to end. It was so easy to choose my goods, easy to have them paid and arrange delivery. Delivery was a breeze, difficult job but they managed it with ease, placing the couch, putting its feet back on and cushions. All of it was an enjoyable, hassle free, shopping expedition. Love my goods. Also, the money goes for medical science. Thank you to all involved.

Six years ago I bought sofa, dining table with chairs and long sideboard and everything amazingly went great. Two years ago I donated back the sofa and the dining set and again everything done greatly. Unfortunately two weeks ago I booked for a collection and confirmation been given for yesterday afternoon but no one show up. A new collection appointment was set for today and as yesterday no van came. Awhile ago I have been given a new collection appointment for tomorrow morning and hope for a great experience.
