Brilliant service!! Hubby bought pr of shoes from here which developed developed a problem,but he had thrown away the box & receipt!! Contacted the H.O, who REALLY went out of their way to help. After a lots of investigating, they found the proof that he had bought them when he said & we were able to go back & exchange. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE ~ Many thanks

One of the staff members, who appears to be the only staff member, needs some basic customer service training, such as, how to politely say “I’ll be with you shortly” rather than refusing to believe a that a potential client is asking a question and ignoring them for good few seconds and then rudely saying “I am with another customer”. It’s just basic common sense that if you’re going to be rude to a customer, they will take their business elsewhere and leave a bad review.

Really really disappointed with the service. I have washed a pair of shoes under the instructions and the manager did not let me exchange them under no circumstances. She explained that it wasn’t any fault with the shoe and did not have a pair in the store. Fine, I did understand this but I could’ve exchange them for something else as they wouldn’t fit anymore. She might have forgotten what the polices are and forgot to respect them. Shame. Really not happy spending £115 for a service like that.

Sole Trader shoes are excellent and I always try to buy their Miner boots. However, the outlet at Cheshire oaks does not have a great range. Worth going to Chester city centre Sole Trader.
