Great friendly service from the start to finish. Booking process was quick, efficient and friendly as was the collection and delivery service. The after call was a nice added extra. Very happy and would 100% recommend. I look forward to using this garage to buy my next car

Friendly staff while I was waiting for my car to be serviced and moted . The only thing I was not happy with was they put my paperwork in the wrong place/ got my name wrong and tried to say I would have a charge of £20 towards my mot: I have a service plan set so this should not happen also I was booked in for 12 o clock then found out after 2 hours they take lunch at 12:30. Why do they book people in not informing them of a delay due to lunch break. They need to split them so work can continue.

Truly excellent service from the start. Rose contacted me by phone after I had registered my interest based on an Autotrader ad. Her cheerful and pleasant personality on the phone was a refreshing change from other follow-ups I had experienced earlier in the same week. She essentially ensured my business over the phone, even if the car in question hadn't been suitable I'd have tried to select another one from them. Great in-showroom experience and subsequent handling of the paperwork and vehicle handover. I'd give six stars if I could.

Very pleased, I thought I'd already had my Motability car serviced & glad that Thurlow Nunn contacted me & reminded me. Very professional service as always, car running perfectly, ordered new Motability electric car from them,couldn't be happier, many thanks.

My car was collected and returned at the expected time. When I paid the charge for the service, I was told that there were other matters that should be dealt with in the near future. I later asked the driver who had returned my car to ask the person who I had spoken to earlier to telephone me as I wanted to discuss the life time warranty. This has not so far occurred. A lady telephoned me the next day and as far as I can tell, her job was to encourage me to write a good review of the service. I told her I was disappointed that the follow up call I had asked for had not been made and she said that she would see that it was made. Again, the follow up call has not been made.

Fantastic service. Felt very welcome, everyone has happy and smiling. Was offered a coffee as when I arrived the car wasn't quite ready yet. Definitely recommend Thurlow Nunn Vauxhall Dunstable.

Having had a previous bad experience at a different Thurlow Nunn garage I didn’t have high hopes on taking my car into the Dunstable branch last week for a service and MOT. Only reason I did was because I’d forgotten to cancel my service plan. The excellent *Fabian* totally turned that around. Professional, organised, knowledgeable - he kept me up to date and checked I was happy at each stage of the process. Honestly, could not have been more impressed and my experience could not have been further from that of last year. He is a real credit to your company and I have already recommended the Dunstable branch to others - wholly based on Fabian’s outstanding customer service. Thanks again, Fabian!

Excellent service as usual. Car recovered to dealership as it wouldn't start and recovery company couldn't diagnose fault. Despite being Christmas and them being booked up before relocation they fitted us in and got us sorted. All the staff we dealt with were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Appropriate reminder received prior to MOT and Service.Easy to arrange appointment by telephone.Car collected on the day any problems were advised over telephone.After an expert service and MOT the car was returned to my house fully valeted and in tiptop working order.
