I took my bike in to upgrade and fit my new new calipers and discs.Firstly I rang rideMountains to consult their opinion on some new brakes for my bike. Kailan, was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the options and benefits of the differing brands available to me, that would cater to my riding ability, skill and style. He gave me a very reasonable quote for the installation of the brakes. When I dropped my bike off, it was a very professional and organised setup. Once the work was completed, he offered a drop off service, or for me to come and get my bike, he gave me a run down of how to maintain the bike and how to get the best out of my brakes.it has been a simple, polite, and enjoyable experience. I would seek his advice on future bike requirements.

Dropped off my ebike for some new hope tech brakes to be fitted onto my bike , very quick and very high standard of work , making sure both brake units fit and sat correctly onto the disks .
