It’s rare to not only find a good mechanic to look after your pride and joy, but also a really nice guy who has time to discuss the problems with your car.Mark is one of these people, and I do appreciate how much he helps. I was so pleased he diagnosed what the problem was and soon I was away home being as pleased as punch. May be sad to say, but this old jag is part of our family and we love it.

This is getting boring - another 5 star review! I've owned my 2013 XJL for around 5 years now. When I first purchased her (or him) I made the mistake of taking it to a main dealer for a service. I picked it up with an electical fault showing, that they assured me was nothing to do with them, but they would need to book it in for 2-3 days for investigation". I took it directly to J-Cat where the boys took one look at the fault code and said the main dealer had connected the wrong fault code machine and had blow a fuse! AND they didn't charge me for looking at the problem or even the fuse!! Ever since then

Can't recommend J Cat enough. Despite having various work done on my XF R D Sport by another garage, steering issues remained unresolved. Called J CAT who very kindly got me in quickly for a diagnostic. I had serious doubts by the suggestions made by other garage that further work needed doing. J CAT resolved what turned out to be a very simple issue and my much loved Jag felt back to normal. Will absolutely use J CAT for any future works.

Took car there after recommendation. Must say the excellent reputation they have is under rating them..Friendly and the great knowledge of jaguar cars you instantly know you choose well. Before work was started an inspection was done and phone call made with results . Then talked through the work that was to be done.Many main dealers don't have their level of service. Want best for your jaguar go see these guys

Really excellent customer service. We had a major DEF fault on our XF and J Cat gave us helpful advice, very fast service considering we weren’t booked in, a fair price and great communication. I would certainly recommend and will use again.

Dropped my XF-S off to have the timing belts and auxillary belts changed along with checking the screen wash pump. Well what can I say, service from dropping off to collection is 1st class.Mark rang me half way through the day on progress and advised the auxillary belts didn't need changing and although the screen wash pump wasn't leaking he advised to change it with a modified part which I told him to change it.Pricing is great amd they also update the online Jaguar service history which is real surprise and bonus.I'll be back most definatley and recommend coming here.Thank you to Mark and all at J-Cat

This is the best Jag garage. We went to Norwich for the short break. On the way, my Jag XJ6 power steering went down. I called the garage and they kindly agree to look my car. Went there and despite being fully booked, they find time to check my car. They managed to fix the steering issue, so we can drive back home to London safely! For over 40 years I own only Jaguars, so I have plenty experience with Jag garages. This one stand alone: super friendly, caring, professional people. Can not than then enough for their help.
