I was browsing through the concealers looking for something that may suit my skin tone when the very beautiful Cindy offered to help me. She took me through a selection of products trying them on me but never pushing me into buying them. The quality of the make is brilliant (especially at the price point) but what was exceptional was the level of service. Cindy was kind and patient and showed a real interest in what I liked and didn’t think worked. I am a woman of 50 who went into the store feeling invisible and left feeling beautiful. Thank you Cindy for your time and i will be sure to visit your store again soon.

Nice shop, but staff are rude and prices are too high!I picked up a spoolie to try mascara and then was glared at by a store assistant while I browsed. She then approached me and said just so you know those aren’t free. I tried to offer to pay and she said, you’ve taken it now, so just so you know for next time.I felt uncomfortable so left the store without trying the product I wanted to.

The lady serving was knowledgeable and helpful and demonstrated products whilst giving advice on how to apply. I left feeling confident that I had purchased the right products for me and knew exactly how to apply them. Really good service, quality products, expected prices- a little higher than high street , but worth it for the service provided.

Summer in the Brighton Branch was absolutely fantastic with helping me choose some beautiful products for my three daughters. Was all gift wrapped individually and in a lovely presentation box each. Was very impressed with the service and will definitely being using this branch again. I may even book a makeup tutorial with Summer. Thankyou xx

I had the loveliest experience shopping at Kiko Brighton. Rarely have I received such outstanding service. Emily was brilliant at matching the colours I needed and sat me down to try them all on me. She was so lovely, kind and took time to really help me. As a direct result of this, I renewed my entire makeup. Well done!

It’s been a while since I went to this store as previously had bad experiences mainly with managers of the shop. Went shopping with a friend this week and we thought we’d give it another chance. Had a lovely girl serve me she told me her name was Lauren , so well done to her, and the rest of the shop floor girls but my god Kiko do seem to hire managers with attitude and noses in the air. As I was looking at products Lauren showed me about and suggested items to me , only to be interrupted by her store manager who took her aside and spoke to her in a hostile way , I felt very sorry for Lauren ,not knowing her at all I feel she’s too good to work there. She left me to it and then I was left with store manager glaring at me over my shoulder , watching me constantly in a very uncomfortable manner, I didn’t know weather she was wanting me to buy anything or not to try testers. So I mentioned to my friend that the manager in here made me feel very uncomfortable and my friend said she made her feel the same. She literally stands over your shoulder and stares like she’s possessed. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I was wondering if she was needing help herself she certainly doesn’t know how to be a good manager. I’m hoping the head office people change these manager girls who seem to think they’re better than others and give some praise to the shop girls for putting up with this. As I said before this isn’t the first time managers have been rude in this shop. Seems to me the shop girls are ones doing all the work. Well done to shop girls but feel sorry for you working there. Kiko change your type of managers or loose more customers because we won’t be returning.Awful experience, ruined our day.

Visited store as was on holiday in Brighton. Previously visit the branch in Regent street London and have ordered online before. As usual it was a pleasant experience and store staff were friendly and offering to help me with trying and choosing my purchases.I scored a 3 because although I love their lipsticks and nail range I was disappointed at the lack of options in powders and foundation shades for darker skin. As a long standing customer it was really very disappointing in the lack of diversity and inclusivity . As a woman requiring darker shades its disappointing that I can't purchase my full range of make up from Kiko,
