My other half was in village and called in to make appointment for me they called me later to fix date and time they also said I needed patch test done I am in my 60s and this is first time I have had patch test done Day came for appointment I was welcomed by all staff offered drinks several times. My hair is now back to being the colour I love and the cut is So Good and was thinned out just to what I wanted . Will be going back again

Would not go back my hair is a mess!. Went for the first time as looking for a new hairdresser and had asked for a good stylist on booking. I wanted some long layers putting into shoulder length hair. Without any consultation the stylist used a razor on my hair quite aggressively and it was only when I saw the hair dropping to the floor that I realised what she was doing and by then it was way too late. At the end of the cut and drying she brought out the scissors again and I thought it was just a little tidy up. I was horrified when I realised that they were thinning scissors. AGAIN my hair was stripped down! I have already had issues with hair loss due to the menopause especially in my fringe but now the whole head is a mix of thin stragly long pieces and a multitude of different lengths of layers that end up sticking out like a windswept brussel sprout" as one person kindly commented! Had I been asked about the razor/thinning scissors I would have said No... £39 later and after trying to style it in different ways without success I'm going to have to have it cut short !!!Update following the salon's response (Leyland branch):Just to let you know that I have tried ringing the number you gave at 2.30 on Fri the 19th November and it went to answer machine

First visit and its a beautiful salon, the decor is very tasteful and has such lovely staff who are very attentive and listen to what you want. 10/10 will be back

Love this salon, I have known Sharon, the owner for 26 years, and she is so friendly and professional. The staff are all brilliant and they do a really good job. I went to have my nails done this morning, and they look superb.

Had my roots coloured and toner. The day after the toner had washed out, showing the difference colours of my roots. Went back colour on again, after that my hair was breaking off at the roots alot, so back again for a treatment and to have a lot of my hair cut off. Not once did they apologise or offered me my money back. My hair is still not right

They were kind with amazing customer service their hair wash was amazing and they listend to both me and my mum for ideas when cutting my hair. The second you are settled in the waiting area they offer you a drink. I have been there twice and will be going for a long time

Alice really listend to how I wanted my hair cut. I was delighted with the results. I will definitely go back to 77 and ask for Alice if she is available. A happy customer.
