Leeds Branch .... Impressive multi level security, excellent helpful and friendly staff, and reasonably priced. All in all an excellent service. Just a shame they don't have a branch in Sheffield !

I turned up for an appt to get a deposit box there and disapointed at myself for forgetting my letter/statement of address in last 3 months. However If I was the owner/director I would be spitting blood of letting business walk out the door. I bank with Monzo, have my card with me show them my full bank statements including current month. I as as when you go in there is a big white printer/photocopier on wall at the left. I have my in date passport. The old guy sitting down was the senior no doubts about it, the older gentlemen of darker skin was looking to him and asking Can we do this" The old guy rubbing his eyes
