I have been with Thrive group for 3yrs now and have found the staff to be an amazing help! I have been placed in two company’s since I signed up, the first, I was with company for 18mths and the current one I am in, I have been taken on permanently. If there has been any issues with payment or holidays, the staff have been extremely quick in sorting it out. I have to give a huge shout out to Jess Petrolo, she has been very patient with me at times and has been a major influence in my job roles and that I thank her for. Whether you have just ended your previous employment or if you are easing yourself back into work from time off, the staff are very good at making you feel welcome and will find a role that suits you. Pretty much your average employment agency. Minimal communication, basic contracts and miss-represented jobs. Only thing I learned was not to expect any kind of response from agency contacts for at least 24 hours even when reporting illness or inability to work. On the plus side, they pay better than most other agencies.
