Shopmobility

Visiting Winchester was a pleasure with the help of the Shopmobility service. I was able to hire a scooter and see so much of the town. The scooter made a real difference to our trip. Staff were incredibly helpful. Fantastic service. Thank you.

The Shopmobility team are really helpful in sorting out transport needs around Winchester. A very friendly service.

Winchester shopmobility is now open on Saturday. As an injured morris dancer attending Winchester Mayfest, the hired mobility scooter was fantastic. I would not have been able to attend the event without it. As it was, I happily took a collecting tin around the audience, played my concertina, taught three sword dance workshops (without actually doing any dancing myself), and took an active role in the event, moving easily between venues.The staff were friendly and helpful, phoning me before hand to let me know of a change of parking location and even arranging for me to return the scooter late so that I could stay until the team's final dance spot.Many thanks!

Amazing staff, grate service and would highly recommend them!

I just wanted to say thank you to shopmobility for the service you provide to people in need. Today we used the shopmobility in Winchester, and the lady and gentleman were lovely. A week ago we used shopmobility in Southampton, the lady there was also lovely and very helpful.My daughter has not been able to get out much. Having discovered your service is enabling her to get out more instead of being isolated at home.Thank you so much for providing the wheelchairs for hire.

Good range of services with great staff.

Great service and very friendly staff. Drive up to blue badge parking, grab a scooter, go. They also validate parking. Had a great day with my grandparents thanks to this service.

I cannot believe Shopmobility would be closed on a Saturday.Saturday is a day when lots of disabled people can get a lift to hire a scooter and thus improve their quality of life.It would be so nice if Shopmobility could open for even just a few hours on a Saturday morning.Basingstoke and Southampton open all day on a Saturday. Their service is brilliant.I do hope you would consider opening for a few hours in the morning on Saturdays.

I have just had the most amazing day in Winchester. Thanks to shop mobility I had the ability to comfortably and safely shop. When you find people this helpful and caring you know that you have found gold. Clearly others agree, not having to lug your own equipment around makes for a much better day.
