Stefan is a master craftsman and he applied screed over a new UFH system throughout the house followed by a perfect LTV floor with a herringbone pattern. Quote spot on. Incredible attention to every little detail and lots of thought from him went into planning our project. Would highly recommend for any flooring project. Highly skilled at what he does and extremely friendly too. 10/10.

Stephan came and helped us decide which flooring options we wanted. He ordered samples and went through the process of how everything would work. Everything was completed as planned and we're delighted with it. Really happy and would definitely recommend Cheadle Floors.

On the back of positive reviews I called Cheadle Floors asking for a quote for a number of our rooms. I arranged an afternoon appointed and was told Stefan would come to our property. Having taken the afternoon off work the appointment came and went with no-one turning up. I called Stefan and was told someone else was coming to measure up and they'll be in contact. No contact was made and an afternoon wasted!The service may be good once you place the order but completely unhappy with the attitude and no-show from the company.

Very pleased with Kardean floor in Dining room & Conservatory - the finish looks well. Stef explained the process well & sent for samples so we had time to colour match. He works hard to ensure he achieves a good result. He's a pleasant guy & I would not hesitate to recommend him. Karen & John

Chose cheadle floors based on responsiveness, YouTube videos and gut feeling. I contacted Stefan for a quote for a specific LVT parquet flooring I had in mind, Stefan knew exactly what I was talking about and agreed to visit next day to take a look. He spent time measuring and asking questions about how I wanted things and about my property (this attention to detail is a good sign, more questions the better) I live in a particularly challenging property as it is old (Edwardian) so I am constantly challenged when getting works done by the trade. On the first day of Cheadle Floor’s visit it was noticed that I had a cellar under my dining room with an old chimney that had bricked up from the cellar upwards. I was told my cellars didn’t run this far but Stefan took time to point this out to me and to mention there was flex in the brickwork to which he asked permission to take a floorboard up to investigate further. I agreed and he looked at the potential, Stefan provided me a couple of options and I decided which option was best neither of which were an extra charge to the agreed rate for the work. Stefan and his colleague took time to complete each section of the work consistently and advise me with updates all the way as well as being friendly and taking the time to be sociable and professional. The outcome of the work is second to none and I would not hesitate in having them back to complete any of my future flooring works. I have left it nearly a month before writing this review to identify any snagging issues or anything I feel is not up to standard and Stefan sorry bud but I have nothing to keep you busy as your work is impeccable. But even if I did Stefan already quoted if anything isn’t up to standard to just drop him a call and he will be round to sort it. Can’t ask for more than that. Summed up these are 2 really nice guys who know their trade and better still are reasonable for good quality work. Keep it up Cheadle Floors

Stefan did a great job of fitting Amtico in a parquet style in our hallway, as well as recarpeting the stairs and landing. Would definitely recommend.
