Took my car as an immediate drop in due to an engine issue, constant communication about the issue and timescales for a fix. Ended up being a corroded sparkplug, reasonable cost for replacing them all plus labour and a fuel treatment. What was the real outstanding moment was when I came to collect, they showed me the spark plug relay and the plugs that had been in there so I know what to look for in the future :)

Asked them to change a £30 sensor but they replaced a £200 EGR valve. Didn't fix the problem so sent back and they replaced the EGR valve again. Still not fixed and further damage been caused because of their incompetence. I'll be seeking a full refund, if they ever answer the phone.
