I went in there and was welcomed by a lovely staff member named Aimee. She helped me use the washing machines and dryers since it was my first time and gave me advice for future times. Overall it was a homey experience and definitely recommend going back especially to Aimee!!

Staff are really nice and welcoming Chelsea and Lisa and robyn are all very helpful and willing to help if needed they take there time with service washes and and get it done the same day

Very friendly and helpful family runs this place. On my first visit, they patiently showed me how to use the machines and provided change. Will definitely go back here.

Too our lovely customers who have been asking for the king size machine it is now up and running again and we will be happy to have you all back washing your duvets and larger loads of washing we will always be happy to help and our customers are the number one priority again thank you for being patient while the King size was out of service and was waiting to be fixed. And remember the opening times are currently 10am-6pm 7 days a week will inform all our customers when the times return back to normal thank you for you patience and custom.

Very nice experience today, when i had to do some washing of duvets. Paris was very very helpful her customer service was excellent - service with a smile. Provided the right change too , as I only had a large note. Recommended.....but I wonder why its called WOW....

Lisa and Chelsea both work here still. Lisa works on a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning and Chelsea works on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday afternoon and Saturday morning. They're both friendly and welcoming. The would also help when you need it

Half of the machines don't work, the other half are being used by the very rude owners". They shout and are just so rude. The machines are very old and dirty. In order for the washer to work yoy really need to press the handle so hard

Staff are amazing but 6 of 12 dryers are now out of serviceCan you not use parts from one to fix the rest?Normally fine but in winter it's thin on the ground

As far as laundrette's go, I have only had a pleasant experience with this business. Machines are in working condition and I'm not expecting hotel reception service in a place where I go to wash my clothes. I'm giving this business 5 stars because throughout this pandemic, they have been open offering a much needed service to those of us who don't have washing machines and dryers at home. It's small businesses such as these which keep us going and I ask that people please support them if they can.
