Excellent service from start to finish. I have used Darrell on several occasions with laptops running slow and each time he has fixed the issues within the timescale without charging ridiculous prices and keeping me updated throughout. I had a problem with an HP solid state laptop which I needed quite urgently. After calling HaslemIT and speaking to Darrell he agreed that I could take the machine to his home. The following day he called me to discuss a solution and delivered the machine back to my home. A wonderful service from a man who provides a great personal service at a sensible price. From my experience would Thoroughly recommend him to all, and will certainly use him again.

I have an HP laptop of 4-5 years and was running rather slow, Darrell proposed solution, came to pick it up, and returned it in the same day. I was very impressed by his professionalism and the quality of service. My laptop is as good as new now so very pleased. The price is also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. In fact I will be sending my other laptop for upgrade next week.

I would highly recommend Darrell Haslam for IT support, good service and technical knowledge at a very competitive prices. I thought my laptop needed a major (and expensive) repair but Darrell quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem very cost effectively. He also helped with some networking in my house when delivering the repaired PCs back to me.

Absolutely agree with what Chris Haywood said earlier . . .Faultless service, quality & value from Darrell. I was particularly impressed with his honesty about how he would go around updating our computers. Not fishing for money, and actually suggesting the most sensible option. Highly recommended. Will certainly return if we need anything doing again!

Just had a new battery fitted by Haslam IT on my IPhone 6s , lasts three days now instead of 8hrs . Darrell Haslam has reconfigured my new IMac and also troubleshot my computer when I had problems . He also updated my security software all being done from my home. Great service and price 5. Star in every way . recommend highly.

Very pleased to have found Darrell. I recently had a keyboard and hard drive failure on my HP laptop. The keyboard was replaced and the hard drive swapped out for a 500GB SSD drive and I couldn't be happier.Darrell was incredibly quick, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. He was also very happy to sign an NDA as it was one of my business machines.Thanks so much, Darrell. In the nicest possible way, I hope I don't have to repair anything else soon, but if anything does happen, I know that I now have the right man to support my business in the future.

Darrell is now my go-to for my IT issues in the Worcester area. Personable, understanding, professionally knowledgeable and patient with an IT duffer such as myself, nothing was too much trouble. I bought a very reasonably priced refurbished MacBook in excellent condition, and along with technical discussions, Darrell was very helpful with possible ways I could optimise it to personal preferences. I'm pleased to have somewhere in the area I feel I can go to with confidence over any IT issues. Thoroughly recommended.
