Completely out of touch. Unfair service, only interested in money grabbing and not providing a service where tenants can find housing effectively. Cancelled a viewing as I was waiting outside of the property, and rang me several times confirming the booking an hour prior. Plenty other estate agents out there that provide a fairer service where they let all parties interested in housing view the property and make a decision afterwards so everyone gets a fair shot. Avoid, time wasters.

Never, NEVER use this property shop. The most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced. At the beginning of our tennancy the ceiling fell down in one of the bedrooms and it took WEEKS for the issue to be fixed. We received zero compensation for this. This company is only interested in stealing the money of already broke students and making your lives a living hell. Please save yourselves time and money and look somewhere else!

The team at Jesmond Property shop have consistently provided a high standard of tenant support throughout our period of stay. They are very prompt with their email replies and they have an excellent website that allows you to report issues, the team has a great tendency to organise their maintenance team and sort these issues within a week. More pressing matters are always sorted within 24 hours, including boiler and electrical issues.I would highly recommend this property shop for students especially, they do not possess the same seemingly disrespect that other estate agents have towards students. The properties are always maintained well and if appropriate will renovate facilities within the house if they tenant requests it and is plausible to do so.Lastly, and I feel most importantly, they have always been compassionate and forthcoming if there are any personal issues affecting finances, within reason of course.I myself plan on returning to this property shop.

Worst service ever, extremely rude and the place we rented literaly had toilet leak from top. The agency is scam and charged us 400 for absolute no reason. The house wasalready damaged. This agency is not helpful and scam you in the end. They dont help out and they just want your deposit. Please dont book with them honestly you will regret it. Worst worst agency ive ever used, lived 3 years in newcastle never came across such greedy letting service. Save your time and ur hardearned money.Cant wait for their fake customer service replies, save your time and energy. The rudest staff, no sense of ownership or customer service i dont even know how its still in business. Because of them my flatmate and I had the worst 3rd year cause therewere constant problems.

Disgusting customer service, conned us out of hundreds of pounds at the end of our tenancy despite the fact that we put up with multiple issues in property including the ceiling of one bedroom falling down, lied to us and have been dismissive and rude in all communications since we left the property. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!

Jess has been lovely and very helpful to us throughout the year of us living in one of their properties. They are very responsive to maintenance issues and have been very helpful throughout the year, and Tudor the maintenance man is lovely and fixed all of our issues! Would definitely recommend!

horrible attitude we put up with multiple issues including a fallen down ceiling and they acted like con men when it came to the deposit, lying about items being removed and blaming damage and mess that was already there on us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

One star is more than generous, if you could opt for minus it would definitely be that.We rented through Property Shop Jesmond for our son and friends. The staff never return calls or send emails that have been promised. Disgusting customer services.The students left the house to a reasonable standard – I personally being there too ensuring there was little mess/damage.During their tenancy, the living ceiling fell down which caused them all such distress and concern as to whether more would come down. It took the landlord weeks to have this addressed with no apology whatsoever.At the moment we are all waiting on the £2000 plus deposit to be refunded after vacating the premises mid July.We would never recommend this company and are seeking help from the company who guarantee the deposit on your behalf. It should never have to be this hard for students especially when times are hard enough.Very disappointing.
