Customer service great haircut was choppy with scissors and grading/fade was shockingly bad which was a shame cos nice lady. Just can't cut hair sadly!

Times on door for Wednesday say open til 5 but it's closed at 4.40. I spoke to the girl with short blonde bob and fringe (I couldn't see the times at first and just wanted to ask the hours ,but then I noticed the times). She said it closes at 5. I said is it 5 already? She said it's nearly 4.45!! it was only just coming up to 4.40 (4 37 I think). really annoyed, I finished work early in wrexham to come here as I have used here last few years and am overdue a cut and struggle to fit in attending with new job. Really annoyed, won't be using this lazy shop again.

What a great little barbers we come from Crewe to have our hair cut overly welcome staff very friendly I would recommend this barber to any one who visits Oswestry and a decent price also very good cut many thanks to Kylie who did our hair today

The ONLY barbers that I have asked, and I asked all that were open, to just trim the back of my short hairstyle! Very lovely ladies who listen to what you'd like, plus having a late night and being able to go on a Sunday makes IconMen even more convenient

Ladies even though it says they cut womens hair don't bother. I had a really bad haircut. I don't get my hair done that often because I can't afford it and hate sitting in front of a mirror. Wanted a nice shorter haircut as it was in desperate need of one. Left nearly in tears, one side is slightly shorter than the other it looks horrible and I feel horrible. I took a picture in of the style I wanted too. I hope it grows back quickly so I can get a decent cut somewhere else. I am gutted. Need to buy a hat now to cover it up when I go outside. Not kidding a generous 1 star

Very very rude man in the shop. The opening times were until 16:30, but at 15:45 the shop door was locked, i tried the door again, then the rude man got up from his chair and unlocked the door, then pointed to a half covered up sign saying he was closed for lunch and would reopen at 16:30. But 16:30 the shop was closed. Very rude man and i’m glad i took my business else where. I really hope he isn’t the owner, but if he is, it is certainly the wrong way to run a business

Always friendly service and good cuts. Walk in which is very convenient. PPE and sensible rules in place for everyone's safety. Recommended.
