Our dog Bucky had confidence issues, and needed general obedience training as we were both too busy with work to do properly. We had used previous trainers and found very expensive and little impact. He spent a week with Michael and came back a different little boy, still full of personality, but more confident and extremely obedient. We were kept updated with videos and Michael was super attentive and proactive with training. Best money we've spent! I would highly recommend. Thank you

Michael is absolutely fantastic! Very straight to the point, nonchalant and with a genuine love and understanding of dogs. He was so good helping us out with Mabel, our puppy Cavapoo, as first time dog owners. Mabel is such a good girl, she’s now 6 months and has been potty trained since she was 2 and a half months, is so obedient with basic commands, walks next to us without lead whilst also carefully exploring. This is also thanks to Michael and his training advice. 10/10 would recommend!

We would highly recommend Michael. We sought help after our 7 month old miniature dachshund was nervous when going out on walks and constantly pulling on the lead. Michael gave us great advice, modelled how to use the techniques (which had instant results) and was happy to answer any questions. Our only regret is not seeking training with him sooner!

Our 8 year old rescue chihuahua was given up for adoption twice due to her behavioural issues / being very reactive to other dogs even at a distance. We’d tried other trainers in the past and had no success at all but after a short time Michael has worked wonders, he’s had her for just two one hour sessions and one 48 hour residential stay and her behaviour is already massively improved. On a walk in the park with Michael this morning she was interacting politely both on and off the lead with other dogs of all sizes - it was amazing as she’s never been able to do that before. Michael is a real pleasure to work with and we’re really pleased with the results so far. Thoroughly recommended.

I booked a session with Michael for me and my 2 year old Labrador. He was brilliant with both of us and I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone wanting to see an immediate positive impact on their relationship with their dog and have the tools to succeed in their training journey.Michael is a very talented dog behaviouralist and trainer. We went through a range of different aspects of training from in the home through to recall in the park. Me and my dog got a huge amount out of the session and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We both made a great deal of progress in the session.In addition, Michael gave me the tools that will help ensure that me and my dog can successfully continue on our training journey.

Michael has really helped us with our teenage dog - so far we have worked on (and improved on!) recall, reactivity on the lead, walking on the lead, self control in general. He is the 2nd trainer we have tried as we had been using another but with no luck. Would highly recommend!

We booked Michael for a session with our new puppy. As first time dog owners, we really wanted to get the training right from the very beginning. Michael came to our house and showed us how to train all the key commands and the reasoning behind each method. He then took us for a walk to our local park and gave us some great techniques to practice on our walks. He was very calm, friendly, used positive reinforcement and within one session our puppy had already started to learn the basics. We now feel confident with what we have to do to raise a well behaved dog. If you are a new puppy owner, we highly recommend a session with Michael to give you and your puppy the best start. Michael helped us tremendously with our surprise adoption of our lovely miniature schnauzer, Chippy. When we first got him, he was quick to bite people and other dogs (often drawing blood) when he got scared, he had no recall, was not apt to listen to many commands at all, and was nearly impossible to walk on the lead as he pulled so much, but was terrified of anyone so much as speed walking near him. He was very nervous and we lacked the training experience or skills to help support him as much as he needed.Michael came to our home and advised us on what we needed to be doing, he answered all of my messages when I over-momed and was nervous I wasn't doing the right thing. When I thought Chippy needed extra exercise and socialisation and took him to doggy daycare with Michael, he was incredible in telling me that this was not what Chippy needed, that he did not need so much exercise (he can be quite lazy now) and he needed to be at home with us, that we just needed more faith in ourselves and our newfound training abilities.Chippy has completely transformed over the past few months, and so have we, as Michael really supported us in feeling confident enough to lead and make Chippy feel safe and supported.We can't thank or recommend him enough!Sam, Santi, and Chippy

Michael had our dog with him for a two week residential period and was able to achieve incredible results with regard to her nerves and anxiety.Our dog is very triggered by cars, bikes and loud noises and we have not been able to walk her in our local area since a particular incident with a quad bike, a couple of years ago.Over the time Michael had our dog he built her confidence in a number of locations we have had no success in, whilst also creating a fun environment for her to play.Today we were able to take our dog for a walk round our local roads for the first time in two years.I can’t recommend Michael highly enough.
