This is a brilliant company I have had several hoists fitted and a mobility scooter .I have found the staff very helpful and they deal with the sales and explaining the different issues that can need to be clarified .I hope to buy my next new scooter from them very soon

We were recommended by another very satisfied customer. We needed a hoist for my wife to lift my wheelchair in and out of her car. They had the perfect solution and came to our house fit it. Have today had a hoist fitted in our daughter's car. It wasn't straight forward, however the fitter solved the problems and we now have a hoist in a mini!! This will give our daughter so much independence. Thank you so much to John and Maddie and all the friendly staff we have dealt with. Absolutely recommend them.

I have known Des for a number of years now, and he has helped me with numerous problems . He will always work out the best way to enable you to always have a safe and reliable vehicle. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Pam.

Only Motability customers will understand the difficulty of matching their wheelchair to a particular car.and to a suitable hoist. I thought we had researched this and visited Des Gosling to view two hoists, because Motability told us they would no longer transfer our Autochair hoist.The demo was good the price was ok the staff were friendly and an agreement to supply and fit the hoist of our choice was reached. Te garage agreed the delivery date with me and Motability all parts for fitting were ordered from Toyota and others to be available for the agreed date.Only Des Gosling waited until the day after the car was delivered before putting the hoist on order. The only comfort or explanation I got from Des Gosling for what turned out to be a two week delay to the handover was; “well it’s not that bad there is one in the UK it will not have to be ordered from Italy” However even with this delay the fitted hoist still had a slightly worn lifting strap fitted!Oh well only three years to do it all again. Better luck then.

After taking receipt of my car, i'd asked for an adaption to enable me to move the driver seat forward. the adaption was successful to a degree, but i couldn't bring the seat far enough forward. I contacted Des Gosling and was asked to bring the car to them which i did that afternoon. I explained what the problems i were i was having, and without question, they came up with a solution for me and fixed it there and then whilst i waited. Got to be one of the best customer services I've had, if not THE BEST!!!!!! If you ever need this sort of company for adaptions and mobility scooters, you've just found the best!!!!!
