Mick performed miracles with our 20 year old teak garden furniture. He restored a dining table and 6 chairs, 2 recliners, a love seat, and two side tables (one of which had a broken leg). They all look like new. A real craftsman who cannot be praised more highly. Many thanks.

Carlos did a very good job in restoring our leather couch that was damaged by a newly adopted hound dog. He repaired the part of the loveseat not nothing ever happened. Everyone else we called stated they couldn’t do it or that they do not do such repairs.

Furniture Tec provided an in valuable service to an important area of research performed at The University of York. Valuable wood samples were prepared in a consistent and professional manner by this business. These were later analysed and the analysis is expected to inform the conservation of tropical forests in the future.

Mick repaired the webbing on our sagging sofa and re-stuffed the cushions, the work was of the highest quality and completed quickly and efficiently. Mick also advised us on the care of the leather.. On another occasion Mick manufactured a new leg for an ancient milking stool, a family heirloom. The new leg is indistinguishable from the 3 remaining originals, a superb job. Based on these experiences I have no hesitation in recommending Furniture Tec for repairs and restoration work.

Furniture Tec is simply fantastic! From the moment I contacted them, Mick provided top-notch service. He quickly came to measure up our old sofa and replaced the cushions with new memory foam, which has made a world of difference. Not only was the price very reasonable, but the transformation of our old sofa is incredible. Thanks to Furniture Tec, our beloved furniture now feels like new again! Highly recommended!

Mick provided an outstanding service at a very reasonable price. His consultation was honest and he clearly has a passion for his trade. He kept in good contact and turned up exactly on time to complete the work. During the restoration itself it was great that I was able to test" the firmness/plumpness of the sofas before he finished
