Confusing customer service in-store. Referred tocall centre for complaints, which were useless. Company as a whole just money-grabbing, policy seems to be ignore you and hope you'll go away. It worked. Never again.

AWFUL. So in 3 months time it will be 2 Years since my phone was hacked, and I was a victim of fraud. It has been 2 years of three Lancaster messing me around and demanding money for a phone service I haven't used in 2 years. My credit score has gone down that much because of them, money I required has been declined because of it. Three have ruined the past 2 years for me and now my wedding day. I will demand compensation as of now as the pure disrespect I feel at this point is disgusting. My partner and I are beyond upset at what this has done for us and my credit score. It is effecting our wedding and ability to look for different houses. This is the 3rd email I have had to make so I can make yet another review in the hopes that someone will do something.

I found the guys in the 3 store in Lancaster super helpful, very patient, worked through the best option for me, no hard sell, no over the top promises, made sure I knew when to return it by if it didn't work for me. Having been let down badly by an Openreach no show broadband engineer their suggestion has proven to be a life saver as am able to continue to work at home using the 3 MiFi.

Only 2 staff on being a Sunday and they were both dealing with customers. There was a 20 minute wait before we were even acknowledged.Once a store assistant became free, she was polite and got to the root of the problem pretty quickly, even though tech team on the phone had advised of something totally different.All in all not a bad visit, just would have liked to have been acknowledged.

The service is okay, the place is clearly understaffed since they only put two people to deal with everything. Thankfully, the staff themselves are nice.

My son went into the store today for help . His contract states he has 12GB but 3 are messaging him saying he has run out at 3GB. Which is affecting his college work daily.The guy with ginger hair was no help whatsoever and was frankly rude and belittling. My son has learning disabilities and is dyslexic - it costs nothing to be helpful/ polite. The staff in here are just bad.I myself went in a month ago and they were just the same with me - they are no help unless you want yo buy a new phone.As a family we have 4 contract phones with this company for which we pay around £160 per month .As soon as our contracts end we will leave 3 - entirely because of the staff in this shop.

I have made that many Google accounts to leave numerous reviews that I can't actually make any more and so I have had to use my husbands account to leave yet another review in the hopes that AGAIN someone with contact me. It has now been over 2 years since I was a victim of fraud with regards to my three account and I am STILL CHASING YOU! I've also noticed some of my previous reviews have been removed rather than responded to so thanks for that. My life has, by no exaggeration, been ruined by three over the past 2 years! Anyone at three can email me to say I no longer have an account etc I don't understand how this is so difficult! Angry doesn't even cover the way I feel towards this company! And please don't reply (if I even get a reply) to this review by saying were sorry for the miscommunication please get in touch because there is no miscommunication and I have been in touch every week for 2 years! So please just help me or give me an email and do something bec8ase this is the worst customer service I have received from anyone in my entire life! Beyond upset at what this company has done to me

So I've had the worst experience of my life with this company! My account was hacked in May 2020 and to cut a long story short, I am still trying to get help! After Eight mo this of calling, emailing, writing multiple letters of complaint, and store visits when open, I am still no further to resolving. So not only did have my accounts hacked, contract cancelled, restarted using my details again (victim of fraud) but Three have had the absolute audacity to demand payment for leaving the Contract early!!! I have to purchase a new phone to allow me to continue working from home through the pandemic, but they are still persuing this. After multiple meetings with the employees at Three, I was informed that this would be dealt with, that I would not have to pay a penny, and that I should ignore the multiple letters to my house demanding payment and that my credit score would not be effected. So 8 months down the line, nothing has been done and my credit score has now halved due to Non payments for this fraudulent activity! I am beyond angry and especially during a pandemic when it is difficult enough for everyone, to have this additional stress is beyond awful. I am shocked at Threes lack of customer care and service and as a long term customer I can promise I will never ever be back with them and will push my opinions on anyone that asks for recommendations. The amount of upset and stress I have had over the past I months due to Threes lack of care, professionalism and customer service is unbelievable! Awful company! I am writing g this review as a further attempt to get someone to notice and help me as I unsure of what else I can do to get something out of them!
