Shocking experience. I brought back a faulty shredder and I was treated with absolute disrespect. I was told it was my fault and I wasn't entitled to any redress even though I had my receipt. If you stand up for your statutory right there's a good chance you might get arrested by the police in the Union Store in Glasgow on Sundays. I was so happy to get out of that store. I'll never step foot in there again. How embarrassing.

Absolutely wonderful services by Ryan and his team- they really understood my urgency and helped me sort and print my official documents (even when the store was undergoing repair). Very thankful to them!

I went to this branch of Ryman today after a significant break. This was due to previously appaling service. Well I have to say the service was amazing. Staff were friendly and patient and helped with all my needs. These lovely women made my day and such a stark contrast from my previous experience. The store was bright and well stocked with prices reasonable. I was printing off documents and the staff member was very patient explaining what to do and checking I had done it correctly. This was a very pleasurable experience and one Im sure I will now repeat. Thank you so much ladies, a real pleasure coming to your store.

I visited the store today in desperate need for printing services for my visa application. Ryan - the deputy manager - was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help me send my documents to the rymans printer. I would be very stuck without his help. Happy, cheery and very very friendly. Thanks for your help.
