Very impressed with the customer service and the expertise. I hadn't worn glasses in 20 years and was worried about slight deterioration. The scans of the eye were explained well and health tests were new to me and very positive. And the staff helped me pick out new glasses which are lovely.

I have dealt with Sam and Ross at Tynemouth, and would like to say the service I have received is exemplary! Nothing was too much trouble and I was fitted in at very short notice. I lost my glasses. Someone helpfully handed them in at the eye clinic. They had been destroyed by a car. Instead of trying to sell me new glasses, the clinic offered to try and fix my pretty much destroyed glasses. They didn't have to. It was a really kind gesture and worthy of comment. Glasses are now perfect again.

Michelle gave great advice, and helped me choose some lovely frames, as well as ensuring value for money with lenses. The whole team were very welcoming. I have had only positive experiences with Concept Eye clinic over the years, and their new studio is fab.
