This is a review of the online store rather than the shop. Not enough space here to write just how bad the service has been. It starts at being charged for items that haven't been sent and being told that they can't tell me whether they will be sent at a later date, incorrect items being delivered, losing 3 days waiting for the items to then be collected, and then chasing refunds. Sales dept are rude and unhelpful when you can reach them. This has been going on for 5 weeks. Currently waiting for a refund from 3 weeks ago. Can't get hold of anyone. Shocking

Ordered an item online, delayed and delayed again and then didn't arrive. Can't get through on the phone and don't get an email response. We finally mamaged to get hold of someone 4 weeks after the item hadn't arrived, only for them not to fully refund this. Still trying to get this sorted 10 weeks later. The customer service in all aspects of this business is incredibly shocking and I don't reccomend buying anything from this company.

Voice and Jamaica National use Morplan bags!!

We have placed couple of orders and since making the payment, there has been no communication from the supplier, despite numerous emails asking for an update. We are waiting almost 4 months for the items - one of which is in stock. There is a complete lack of response. Cannot write a review of the product, as it has never reached us, but the customer service is appalling. Would not be buying from them again and definitely don't recommend this supplier.

The place to go when its time to open or fit out the shop. Excellent staff, great advice and the price point amazing. Loved the assistance, range of product, and the inspirational mock shops to really bring it to life. They just won our business!!

Morplan is the place you want to visit if you want to get items to look after your clothing, they have nice hangers, top of the range suit bags, heavy duty rails to hang your jackets and coats. I have bought two rails for my coats and suits. They are all covered in clear suit and gown bags they have made it so much neater and tidy in my home. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I always go back here if I need anything they can help me find it or tell me when it's next in. Utterly dreadful service. They are weeks overdue with my order of bags, so I was forced to buy elsewhere. I rang and cancelled the order and was told that was to be credited to my account. Three weeks after initial order, they are delivering the bags today and have chosen to totally ignore my cancellation. I detest this sort of service and Morplan won't be getting a penny out of me in future. *Edit. I finally had a response from someone who decided she would send return labels and have the bags picked up. They are not cheap bags and so they were packaged again and labelled then collected. More hassles. However, 10 days later there is still no refund made and the helpful person who emailed me is no longer responding to two emails so far. What a show.
