I obtained 4 quotations and Metroglaze were the cheapest by far. I found them to be a family business who were very friendly and polite. Communication skills: There is a lady called Vicky who deals with the administration, she answers all calls and emails on a very punctual basis. Workmanship: The glazer who came to do the work was very humble and kind and completed the job to a very high standard. Honesty: When they sent the original quote they didnt take into account it would need to be done from outside, however they kept their word and charged the original quote amount. That was very kind and honest of them.

They are honestly the best! We are so happy with their work. They changed the broken window and they were so professional. I want to mention that their prices are so good. We originally got quote from another company and they wanted to charge us 4 times more than Metroglaze. I could not believe when Metroglaze gave us their quote but as it was so much cheaper we went with them and I am so pleased. We now have beautiful fixed window! We are definitely going to use them again if we ever need it.
