My washing machine packed in this morning. I rang and spoke to Andy. He said that that he would come after lunch. He did, he was timely, fair priced and had my machine going within 30 minutes. Thankyou for great service.

I definitely recommend it!!!! specific, punctual, professional specialist, he had all the necessary tools, the washing machine was repaired very efficiently, leveled, everything was checked and, above all, the price for the service was really good, if you have a problem with the washing machine, do not buy a new one, this man will fix it !!!!! I will recommend it to everyone and if I ever need it again, I will definitely ask for help again.

Anyone need washing machine repairs and you live Stafford/Stoke area I highly recommend Jim Mr Washer man He's been fantastic, he only charged £20 call out fee where as anyone else was charging a lot more. And he knocked some off the repair. Well recommend him. Just Google Jim Mr Washer man

Screws left in pockets had damaged my washer. Unfortunately the damage was irreparable Jim was helpful, honest and good value for money. He didn’t charge me the full cost despite removing the screws and changing the damaged belt when he discovered the drum was perforated and it couldn’t be fixed for less than the cost of a new one.
