Absolutely appalled to receive a call from my 12 year old son today clearly distressed as -1 - he smashed the screen on his iPhone pro max2 - the staff in the the Redhill Vodafone store laughed at him when enquiring about screen repair.He is a Vodafone customer, looking for advice and instead got laughed out of the shop by an employee who he describes as stocky build, with red / strawberry blonde beard and hair.I can’t think of any mobile brand on the planet that would condone employees laughing at a child in tears with a broken mobile phone in their hand?We have contacted HQ to escalate

Came in for a phone contract. When I asked the man sitting at the main till he laughed in my face and asked me if I was even old enough for one. I said yes I’m 18 I asked if it would be possible to leave with the phone today and he again laughed and said that wouldn’t be possible anywhere I went. Understood I may be younger than usual customers but no matter what age a customer is they should not be laughed at and spoken to disrespectfully. This man was not young and was very patronising if anything. Really put me off buying anything from vodaphone

Very many thanks to Courtney who took so much time and trouble to help my mum when her SIM stopped working. The staff in the Redhill store are always helpful but Courtney really did go above and beyond. Very well done and Happy Christmas.

Just would like to mention how great Sam was on Saturday with my friend who is in her later years. He was beyond helpful, so patient, transferred all her important data over with no issue. Sorted her price plan out and got her the new phone she needed and didn't sell her the wrong phone, unlike the previous experience she had. High praise for you Sam, you were awesome!

had a massive problem with my voxi sim so i went into the vodafone store, spoke to Sam who was honestly such a help, super friendly and not only did he get my issue sorted, he stayed back for 20 mins after he finished work to ensure i got the compensation for the inconvenience. really great customer service, was with me for over an hour trying to resolve it! thanks sam!!

Went in for a pay as you go sim querie..needed to obtain a replacement3 staff working..so waiting time was minimalMy enquiry was dealt with by Owen Puttock..who was ..very pleasant..helpfull and dealt with the issue very well...despite it being a non purchase visit only a help required visit.Found him..very helpfull..efficient and a credit to the store.

Cant thank Steven in this Redhill store enough! Went in just before closing on a Sunday and he couldn't be more helpful! Thank you for being so patient and explaining everything so well! And staying after your closing time to get my upgrade sorted! So pleased with my new phone deal and the money I am saving :)
