UNIQUE FLOOR SANDING

We cannot recommend this company enough! The kitchen floor is over 120yrs old, made of 3 types of wood, uneven and full of gaps. We had the pleasure of having Tsvetan over, and the transformation is unbelievable. He was a dream: he used dustless equipment, was immaculate at cleaning up, he used waste dust to infill the gaps, and he glued any creaky boards. The different levels are now somehow level, the boards draft-proof, and it’s more solid to walk on. We went with an oak stain and matte lacquer. As good as new and we can’t wait to have him back again for the next room! A talented craftsman.

We used the company to refurbish a wood floor that was heavily soiled and stained. They did a fantastic job, they were very knowledgeable about the different finish options and delivered exactly what we wanted. No mess and no fuss.

Wow what a transformation! Evo worked hard all day and the floor looks amazing. The house is spotless - no dust!! I was sceptical about “virtually dust free” but it really was. Great attention to detail and he took the time to explain everything - they even gave us floor protectors for the furniture and Bona cleaner/polish kit!! What a great , highly professional job. I cant recommend highly enough 10/10.

Tsvetan and his brother from Unique Floor Sanding have carried out a lot of flooring work as part of our whole house renovation. The work was carried out over a long period of time due to our logistics and involved the refurbishment of existing engineered oak flooring, including patching in new flooring where an old fire hearth was, the laying of new engineered oak flooring to match existing, renovating a lovely 5 fingers parquet floor and laying a new 5 fingers parquet floor with reclaimed teak blocks. All the floors look contemporary (that's the look we wanted) and truly amazing.They totally understood what we were trying to achieve and nothing was too much trouble. They were considerate, polite, arrived when they said they would, professional and communication was very good too.They are excellent at what they do. I can't recommend UFS highly enough.
