Viola was amazing. We had the warmest of welcome's from the owner, Gary and the housekeeper Sharon. Both were a delight to meet and were so helpful. The house is perfection - everything had been thought about in detail. There was nothing that you could want or need - they have thought of everything! The man cave was fantastic-even my 85 year old father was hooked on simulators! The pool and hot tub area is simply gorgeous - gardens magnificent, so many places to sit and enjoy the sun or shade. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beyond luxurious. The surrounding area is very beautiful - we loved walking up to the little store which has an honesty box, so delightful. Will miss the gorgeous donkey's across the lane who said hello every day! We will be returning. Thank you Viola x

Truly magical, very private but not far from shops etc. A trip and stay we shall never forget. If you need peace, nature and every changing spectacular views this is the place to stay. Thank you.

We were very happy with the service provided by Unique Homestays (particularly Charlotte) as well as the property owners for our stay at our wedding venue in August 2023. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to others. Everything was truly fantastic and left nothing to be desired!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Avalon Manor, which particularly suited our mixed age family gathering. There was something for everyone in and out of the house. The house was close to shops (driveable) and quick access to locations like Longleat for a family day out. We truly appreciated the responsiveness of both the owner and Unique Homestays when a small issue arose. Highly professional, extraordinary property. Will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Railway House". It is the best example of "luxury meets comfort". Everything from the luxury welcome hamper of local produce (everything in it was so delicious!) to all the facilities in the house were top quality and well thought of. Every room in the house was spacious

I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your ´Atlanta´ property last week. This is our second time booking a property through Unique Homestays and we have been nothing but impressed. Atlanta is a very special place and I am in no doubt we will return at some point. It was worth the 10 hour drive down from Durham!I wouldn´t hesitate to recommend your company to anyone looking to holiday in the UK. You are exceptionally good at what you do.

Really surprised and disappointed with the customer service I received during my most recent stay. Unfortunately the house manager withheld money from my deposit despite the evidence I provided to prove it was not our fault. I will not be using UHS in the near future.

Alba Beach House is a stunning property in a great location with unrivalled views over Porthmeor Beach . The view as the sunsets from this property is breathtaking. The 2 car parking spaces are invaluable as anyone who visits St Ives will appreciate and so close to the property. A stay at this property transports you to another era.

We were absolutely wowed by this place. The owners of Seaglass have thought of everything. There was not one thing missing. Luxury bed, luxury remote control blinds in the huge glass walls, wonderful hot tub, outdoor seating, sunbeds, the views!! Just wow! Our friends could not believe it was Cornwall. We were celebrating my 50th birthday here and it was so peaceful and secluded just what we wanted however it is only a short trip away from some lovely fishing villages and beaches. The countryside, the beach, the facilities, the views, Seaglass has it all. I will definitely rebook to stay here one day, such a beautiful place, just perfect for that special occassion. The hot tub was literally ready to just pop into and there was a glass of bubbly waiting for us on our arrival along with a little hamper of food goodies. I could wash and dry clothes all week long, and the TV has all the apps if you want a cosy movie night in. I really miss it and can't wait to go back one day! Amazing memories made. Thank you to the lovely owners for building such a magical beautiful home.
