Best customer service ever, you can't top this. Warm, welcoming, friendly, engaging. I visited with my grandson and what an amazing experience. Lived in carlisle my whole life and never visited. Friendly staff, were quite prepared to root around the back for old 78's which we went through an hour or two later. Also, a fantastic selection of cd's which we came away with. all at really good prices. Certainly worth a trip from Birmingham to re-visit in the not too distant future.

Fabulous store for finding used CDs at great prices. The owner is very helpful and friendly, there maybe more lurking in store storage he's willing to root out for you. I wish I lived a little closer to find those rare and out of print copies which will no doubt turn up from time to time.
