Parkland Walk
Absolutely stunning walk. We caught the Muswell Hill and walked down to Finsbury Park. Would absolutely do it again, and this time visit Queen's Wood Cafe too!

Parkland Walk
We had never been here before and decided to come for a walk to get out of the house. It had rained a bit and some areas were muddy and puddly, but for the most part walkable. It was a peaceful getaway from London’s traffic noises. It was also interesting to see how nature had taken over the old railway platform.

Parkland Walk
Great place for walking, especially during quiet times. Can get a bit busy during weekends. Otherwise peaceful walking path. Also during quiet times a great place to cycle with wide paths. The cycle is bumpy and gravelly so not boring. Best part is from Highgate to Stapleton hall. Full of wildlife also a small wildlife park at the Highgate end.

Parkland Walk
Great trail for a run, walk, dog walking or bike ride. ( not suitable for a road bike). An enclosed way to access north London using a disused railway. You can enter via finsbury park

Parkland Walk
I’ve lived near the Parkland Walk for over a decade, and love having it nearby, as it functions as a good way to get away from the noise and the concrete of the urban sprawl, spend time amongst trees, and get some fresh air. There are multiple entrances, allowing you to join and leave the walk quite freely, and the path is dotted with things to discover, from the “Spriggen” sculpture to the varied graffiti, the “holloways” of trees and the various nature preserves, such as the alkali grasses and the garden at the Highgate end. Many people use it, so you will often find people waking their dog, out for a stroll, or getting exercise. Parkland Walk is one of London’s hidden gems, and well worth a visit.

Parkland Walk
This walk, an old railway conversion, is not fancy in any way, but it's perfect for runners and dog walkers. Its informal feel and graffiti that adorn the sides of the walk give it very Berlin-like atmosphere.

A interesting & scenic walk along the old raised railway line. Fantastic graffiti. We started at Finsbury station.

Parkland Walk
Lovely walk along the disused railway line from Finsbury Park to Highbury. You would not know you were in a very busy part of London. Small nature garden also to stop off and walk around.

Parkland Walk
I visited here in April 2022 as part of walking the Capital Ring route around London. This is a peaceful walking route along a former railway line - it even includes some former platforms.

Parkland Walk
Beautiful place, great for a walk or cycling. I would not recommend it for road bikes as there are a lot of gravels...and sometimes broken glass. There are a few pathways with concrete but those are very narrow and pedestrians are all over the place. I found the path to be pretty flat in general so it was not very difficult to cycle all the way. Though, I came from the Camden area and the roads / surroundings are very hilly so it was quite an adventure to reach this place! If you have a car to tow your bikes to this place, it might be a more enjoyable experience! I encountered mostly families and dog owners in this park and everyone was very friendly.
