A good space with easy access. More could be done to encourage people to use facilities .- opening later, having access to Pc's at all times the library is open, regukar book club's, readings, poetry and art club's perhaps?Some of the staff are not approachable and when asked questions about services or help seem reluctant to want to help , but I could have caught them on a bad day ?

I provided many medical letters and perscriptions showing my breathing problems but was turned away because I need a certificate off my gp but he said they don't give them, rules is all I kept hearing, well know how to get a certificate first, I was isolated in the corner with my carer so can't believe I was treated so poorly

Nice library. The non fiction section is fairly small but I found just what I was looking for and a nice jigsaw puzzle too. Adele, the librarian that helped us was really friendly and helpful. She was an absolute pleasure to chat to.

Called in after swimming with granddaughter. There was reading, activity and games corners. Great to pass an hour or two in a lovely enviroment
