When will management sit up and realise that this place is a joke!! Never have things ready in the morning, even though they are open, shut shop until you can provide a service to the community!! STAFF, well there is another joke! Never and I mean never have I been greeted with a smile, or what can I get you. They just look at you, sometimes, and wait for you to speak. Please please please service our community better and turn this place around .

Great food, but the one staff member was rude on both occasions i visited in one week. Perhaps she just doesn't like the English!

Excellent. Always great coffee, food and service. Too much cheese, which should be an option on some sandwiches. Also chicken club, which is excellent, is only filled from one side and can lack filling.

I love a pasty but just like everywhere else I think the prices are creeping up but still tasty

Staff were rude, dour faced and walked away without so much as a there's your food or a thank you, even though the shop was empty. Staff need re-trained on customer service and I use Greggs often but the Erskine shop AVOID

I always assume that this Greggs is just like a normal one you would find anywhere else but god, once I’m in there I remember really quickly why I hate it.There’s always sausage rolls to fair. It’s like the only thing I think they’ll continually bake but there’s no help if you want any bake, pizza slices, sandwiches, most cakes or one of the best menu items, a scotch pie.If it’s frustrating enough that there’s never anything in stock, the staff will just add to the excruciating experience. They do not seem to care at all and don’t even hide the fact that the mere act of doing their jobs is a hinderance. The amount of times my sausage rolls have been literally slapped off the counter has given me the knowledge of what that sounds like (it’s like a muffled ‘phump’).A customer ahead of me that was being served got sighed at when she asked for a cake as if the customer told them that they can’t go with their friends to the playground. Honestly just shut this place down and that should put everyone associated with that store out of their misery.

Went to my local Gerggs at 10-45am. No sausage rolls ready. Was told they would be ready in 7mins. Joke. 20mins later I got them. Disgraceful

Delivery time is always off, actual shocking sat still waiting over an hour meant to be a quick scran before work and now going to work starving, foods always cold will definitely not recommend
